GEPIM is a 180,000 m2 built-up area real estate promotion and realization management company located in Algeria.
It is a high standard project of international scope intended for a main activity, equipped with a car park with a capacity of 1,000 places. The ground floor will be assigned to bank branches, the first floor to insurance and other fiscal and parafiscal activities as well as any service related to the function. The other floors of this 120,000 m2 complex will be dedicated to new financial services (financial and stock market intermediation). From the 2nd to the 15th floor, office spaces are planned that can be adapted to all administrative activities with a financial vocation (head offices of major financial operators, liberal activities linked to the financial function, etc.) with the integration of two conference rooms of around 300 berths each with annexes.
