Description

In the context of the natural and cultural heritage of the AL ULA region in KSA, this archeological basecamp has been conceived on a surface land of 69,000 m2 to offer all necessary accommodations for archeologists from around the world to experience the historical background of the area.

A group of buildings, with a total built-up area of around 10,800 m2, have been conceived to offer lodging facilities, food and beverage facilities, laboratories, workshops, storage areas, exhibition rooms to archeologists, The project also involves a landscaping concept that includes roads infrastructure, technical ammenities, and water treatment plants.

The concept design has been developped based on the regional sustainability requirements and on the local Saudi Building Codes.
